missing chef lack of compensation
The staff seemed eager to assist. (i guess that's their job).
The lack of a chef was a major issue. There was no food available from the kitchen at all. They did not provide compensation, only some fruit. WHAT??

Acceptable Stay with a Glaring Issue
no chef no compensation
The room covered the basics well enough.
There was no chef, so no food was available from the kitchen. This was ridiculous and not the service I expected. I was VERY disappointed.

The location was acceptable, right by the beach.
The kitchen was closed, and no food was available from the kitchen (this was quite inconvenient). I found this unacceptable.
